Description

We are seeking technically skilled candidates with strong problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related questions at the user level, responding to user needs promptly and ensuring the optimal functioning of all systems.

Responsibilities

User Support:

  • Provide timely support to users and serve as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Installation and Configuration:

  • Install and configure hardware and software components.
  • Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.

Network and Security Systems:

  • Assist with the installation of Ethernet and Coaxial cabling.
  • Install and maintain various network or security system
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any Equivalent IT
